Aunt Mallory's Home!

We have been so excited for Aunt Mallory to get home from her LDS mission in Italy. She was scheduled to come home Friday afternoon but we got a call from her that morning telling us that after waiting on the plane in Paris for four long hours they were informed their flight was canceled because of a faulty engine. Aaarrrgh! More waiting!

Fast forward to Saturday night, the Hansen's are ready, with signs and balloons, to welcome home our Sorella Mallory. Of course we had to wait a little bit longer, Mya had a great time running back and forth and going up and down the escalators with Cody.

Patiently waiting...
Camarie, Adam, Dave, Kim, McKenzie, Debi, Mya and Cody

Kim and Tate

Poor little Tate was up way past his bedtime, note the sweet glazed over eyes. But he was so happy the whole time, he is such a sweet little man. Mallory was gone when he was born a year ago and it was fun to be there when they got to see each other for the first time.

Yay!! She finally made it! She is beautiful as ever, despite 48 hours plus in airports and stuck on planes. Mal, we love you!

What an awesome Mother's Day present.

Mya was a little timid, no surprise there, you could see her little wheels turning, trying to figure out how the lady in all the pictures was suddenly real and standing right there. We assured Mallory that she does know her name and points her out in all of the family pictures on the walls. Of course as soon as we get into our car and headed home Mya began chatting away about how 'Mowry, home'.

We love you Aunt Mallory!

Welcome Home!
