Down on the Farm

Auntie Kim and I took these 3 cute little cousins to the Thanksgiving Point farm.

It was the perfect time of day, minus the scorching heat, there was no one there!

Sadie was so excited to see all the animals and was quite put out that she was strapped in the stroller and eventually made a big enough stink that we pulled her out. Little lady has to be in on the action with the big kids.

Saying that this giant papa goat was a bit aggressive would be an understatement. He knew if you had corn and would be right up in your face. Poor Tate fed him once and if you look close you can see that it tried to take his entire hand along with the corn. Sweet little Tate wanted nothing to do with feeding these scary beasts after that. Who could blame him?!

Mya has had a little more practice with the corn so she took over the feeding duties with pleasure.

Love my little ladies.

Sadie, so very happy to be free.

Mya saw this big boy and squealed...'Mom, it's Maximus!!'

(The horse from Rapunzel)

There were three batches of adorable, itty bitty, baby bunnies. For one minute second it made me want a cute little bunny, but then I came to my senses and remembered that they grow up to be big bunnies.

These two had a great time going crazy behind bars and then 'rescuing' one another from jail.

When I first asked Mya if she wanted to ride the ponies I received a vehement 'No'. But, I don't know if she really knew what that meant because she lead us right to them once they came into view. She picked out the smallest little pony to ride; but the sweet girl helping us helped us choose the next smallest pony since that little one was mean. She rode a sweet little lady named Nutmeg and as long as I held her hand she was happy as a lark.

I was trying to let go for a picture but there was no prying my way out of the death grip.

Tate rode Elvis and was so proud he was a cowboy like 'Woody'.

Our little red-faced cuties watching Monsters Inc. and recuperating on the couch after our great adventure.
