Mya

~I was telling Mya good-bye tonight before work and she looked at me, started to fuss a little bit and said...

"You not go to work, you not feeling well."

Ha! Oh little miss, if only it was that easy.

And just for the record, I am in wonderful health but Sadie has been a bit under the weather and I'm pretty sure that is where this little doozy originated.

~The other morning Cody and Mya were butting heads while I was sleeping/recovering from my night shift. She looked at him and sweetly asked...

"When mommy wakes up, you go back to norf a koda?"

~The other day we asked Mya if we should throw Sadie away...she had had a rough day dealing with her. Her eyes got quite concerned and she said..

"No, not frow her away. She's my best friend!"

Cue my melting heart.

~Monsters Inc. is the movie of the month at our house and Mya always points out the 'Human Child"... but when asked if she is a human child she laughs out loud 'No Mom, I just a Mya."

~ Fact: Mya is terrified of the vacuum, she sits on the couch and waits for you to be finished, occasionally yelling at it.

Cody asked Mya the other day if she could come and help him push the vacuum...

"I can't, I just have full hands right now. See, my milk and my blanket."
