Mya: I helping Grampa, you uh just need a help yourself.
~Cody: Mya! Daddy is going hunting tomorrow, to boom a deer!
Nanna Debi: Oh, no (with mock distress and sadness)
Mya: He likes to do it ALL da time!
~While trying to get in Nanna's back door... I'm just having a little trouble!
~Lately her go to phrase when things are hard... I just can't do this!
I also thought I ought to record this little quirk. This is called 'snapping'.
It is the action of running the crocheted edge of her blanket between her index and middle fingers. It generally occurs while drinking chocolate milk, or any cool beverage. Or sometimes it just needs to be 'snapped' before we walk out the door, just for good measure.

"You can just help yourself"? That is just plain hilarious. I love that she's caught on to the hunting thing too. She knows it can't really be a big deal because Daddy does it ALL the time!
She looks so tall in that first picture. Growing up too fast little miss! Too fast.
I can appreciate "Snapping". I did something similar with my blanket, and I still do it with the hem of my shorts and pillow cases. It kind of drives Kim crazy.
